Debby Ryan made a splash on the Disney Channel as Bailey Pickett in The Suite Life On Deck from 2008 to 2011. Her portrayal as the girl-next-door on a cruise ship, alongside Dylan and Cole Sprouse, solidified her as a Disney star—but she wasn’t without her share of scandals.
