Megan Thee Stallion came roaring back with "Hiss," spending one week at number one.

Beyonce's foray into country music earned her two weeks at the top stop back in March.

Ariana was on the top of the charts again with "We Can't Be Friends". It spent a week there.

In the first of many for Kendrick Lamar, "Like That" spent three consecutive weeks at number one.

Hozier's victory was "Too Sweet," and spent one week at number one.

Post Malone had a great year, especially with collaborations.
His work with Taylor Swift on "Fortnight" had two consecutive weeks in the top spot.

"Not Like Us," Kendrick Lamar
A smash for Kendrick, "Not Like Us" had two non-consecutive weeks on number one.
"I Had Some Help," Post Malone Featuring Morgan Wallen
Post Malone's second entry had a whopping 5 consecutive weeks at the top from the end of May through June, and then another week in July.
"Please Please Please," Sabrina Carpenter
Sabrina Carpenter's "Please Please Please" didn't embarrass her, and took number one for a week.

"A Bar Song (Tipsy)," Shaboozey
Shaboozey's "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" became an instant wedding dance floor classic, and spent the longest of any of these songs in the top spot. It held number one first for a week on July 13, got knocked off by "Not Like Us," and then returned to dominate for 14 weeks from July to October. Then, after another fall, it went on for another four weeks.

Morgan Wallen's "Love Somebody" broke Shaboozey's domination for one week.
"Squabble Up," Kendrick Lamar
Kendrick Lamar finished the year out strong, with "Squabble Up" taking the top spot for a week before Christmas seasonals came in.
